In the Face of Hardship, Trust in God for Strength and Comfort

“Fear you not; for I am with you: be not dismayed; for I am your God: I will strengthen you; yes, I will help you; yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of My righteousness” (Isaiah 41:10).

When we encounter setbacks in our lives and work, we often feel confused and discouraged. However, we are not alone in these difficult times, for God is with us, and He is ready to help us through our struggles. No matter how great the challenges and difficulties we face, or how heavy the pressure we feel, we can put our trust in God, because He has promised to strengthen us, to help us, and to uphold us with the right hand of His righteousness. This is a divine protection and comfort that allows us to be at ease and believe in His promises.

Therefore, let us not be defeated by the challenges in life. Let God help us, for He is our firm support, and His promises are always reliable. He will surely pave the way for us, leading us onto the path of light.

Let Us Pray

Dear God, I am so troubled. Recently, many things have not gone well in my life and at my work, and I feel helpless and discouraged. Today I come before You to open my heart, laying my worries and confusion in Your hands. I hold firm to Your words and Your promises. Please strengthen me, help me, and uphold me with the right hand of Your righteousness. O God, You know my needs and the sorrow in my heart. Please reveal Your great power and faithfulness in my life and work, and let me experience Your help and comfort. In all my struggles, please be with me and guide me onto the path of light. Amen!
